In December 2025, the Brazilian Army received its first UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter from Sikorsky (Lockheed Martin), marking the start of deliveries under a 12-aircraft Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract valued at approximately $950 million.Procured via U.S. FMS under the Arms Export Control Act, this government-to-government transaction ensures standardized acquisition, logistical support, and interoperability.
